Everyone needs a little motivation to do what needs to be done, especially when it comes to journaling. Sometimes you do not feel like writing. Trauma is a real thing, and eventually, everyone goes through some trauma. The five main types of trauma are:

· Secondary or Vicarious TraumaBeing deeply affected by hearing about or witnessing someone else’s trauma.
