Congratulations on the start of your new journal. Journaling is an excellent way to:
· Get things off your chest.
· Mull over new ideas and contemplate old ones
· To find answers to your most desirable questions
· Start a new project or
· Plan a trip
As I have said from time to time, I discovered journaling through a friend of mine when life was lifeing on me in a bad way, and I just wanted to end it all. Through journaling (and prayer), I slowly started understanding myself through journaling, seeking, and self-care until I no longer had those desires to end it all. That does not mean that life has been easy for me. I still have my struggles, but through general journaling, it is easier for me to deal with them.
Regular journal entries do not have to be an everyday project. There are other journals that anyone can start, and they do not have to be as soul-searching as a general, everyday journal.
In this worksheet, you will see 25 types of journals that are beginner-friendly. If you try one of these journals, please keep it simple. It is available as a Word Document or a PDF.
