I built this community for activity coordinators after watching my brother Christopher go through care, and seeing how little training or support this role actually gets. Here's why, and what you'll find inside. There's no required qualification, no standard guidance, and coordinators are often left to figure it out alone, even though they're some of the people best placed to reach residents everyone else has stopped trying to reach. In this video, I share why I started The Still Me Circle, a free community for activity coordinators, with weekly live sessions on real, specific techniques for engaging hard-to-reach residents: dementia, acquired brain injury, sensory loss, withdrawal, and end of life.
