My Name is Lukas, i`m 23 years old and i study psychology next to beeing a pro athlete. Since i was young, i always thought that there is much more going on around us than we recognice most of the time. doesn`t matter if it`s during a competition, in social relationships or in daily life in general.
I realy found my passion in getting knowledge in those ereas and now, on a random Friday afternoon, i decided to give something of that wisdom out to the world.
I`m a big believer of the performance increasing power of breathwork, meditation and mindfulness being not only in sports, but also in life. As i got the possibilty to work with kids on a mental base - i want to share those experiences too.
