I'm not talking here about accountance and the systems we place to unsure our success but the way we live up to them.
Let me explain;
There are ways to decrease the friction and the chance of failure but we can't keep accountant for every single rep. Nobody's inside your mind pushing you to do another rep. Keep thinking about that gunpoint metaphore: would you make another rep if there was a gun pointed to yout head?
Nobody is pointing that gun to your head (hopefully🫠) but you must stay true to yourself and push through those last reps even if you don't want to.
Real character is built when nobody's watching.
Accountance is just the fuel to keep this flame burning but the oxygen must always be there.
Everyone has reps they leave on the table.
The question is what you do next.
How do you return stronger after you know you quit early?
