To find your Golden Shadow, you go into the basement. People from your past have taught you to fear your anger, your "bossiness," and your intensity. These are not "bad" traits; they are your "Warrior Fuel". When you stop being the Peacekeeper, you'll hit "The Void", this is the uncomfortable "in-between" where the old you is gone, but the new you hasn't arrived.
You'll practice the "Emotional Write-Off" and learn the "Interrogation" protocol to expose the Inner Critic and reclaim the Exile.
