Weekly practice
Last week, the practice was about observing intention.
This week, the focus shifts to choice.
Throughout the week, return to the situations you identified as obligations.
When you notice yourself thinking or saying
“I have to…”, pause.
Then, silently or in writing, complete these two sentences:
I choose to…
Because I want…
Take your time with the second sentence.
This is where intention becomes tangible.
What this practice is about
This practice is not about justifying your choices
Or convincing yourself that everything is fine.
It is about reconnecting with responsibility.
Sometimes, you will find a clear and honest “because I want…”.
Sometimes, you won’t.
Both outcomes are valuable.
An invitation
If you notice that some choices no longer feel true, you may simply acknowledge it.
You are not required to change anything.
But you are invited to reconsider certain choices,
now that they are conscious again.
Responsibility begins there.
What to share with the group
  • situations where choice became clearer,
  • moments where choice felt absent,
  • questions that emerged.
No conclusions needed.Just awareness.
And remember… the community can only support you if you share with us
what your are experimenting with and thinking about…
