If something has to change, this is where it starts.
As a respiratory therapist, Kelsey, who spent 12 years helping premature babies survive their first moments of life, she knew how to show up for everyone else. But when the hardest year of her life arrived, she didn't know how to show up for herself.
That's when everything changed.
She discovered that the way out wasn't found in her circumstances — it was found in her mind.
It started with awareness. Noticing the thoughts that were running on repeat and recognizing how they were shaping her reality without her permission.
Then came a choice. What picture did she actually want to see for her life? What did she want to feel? She learned to sit with that vision — not just think it, but feel it emotionally as if it were already true.
And then the hardest part. Surrendering. Releasing the grip on everything she was trying to control, and trusting God to move on her behalf.
Today Kelsey helps other women do the same — and in this conversation, she's bringing that framework straight to postpartum mamas who are ready to stop surviving and start stepping into who they were created to be.
If something has to change, this is where it starts.
