Day 1 — The Unshakeable Stillness Starts Here
Most people think meditation is an activity.Something to do.Something to force. But real stillness is the opposite. It’s effortless effort — a return, not a creation. You don’t have to generate calm or light. You can’t , The light is already there. You only have to remove the curtains covering it — the dust society has thrown over your inner space. Today we begin undoing that dust. This is the Tap Awareness Method. It’s simple: 1. Sit comfortably and close your eyes. 2. Take three slow, deep breaths. 3. Then stop doing anything. Completely. 4. Let the mind wander, drift, go unconscious… 5. Whenever you notice the mind has gone somewhere,gently tap your right thigh.That tap is your return to awareness. 6. No forcing. No controlling.Just tapping back into presence. 7. Do this for 7 minutes. You’re not meditating. You’re remembering. You’re removing the dust. You’re returning to the stillness that was always there.
