Sunday Reset & Reflect
Sunday isn’t a day to post or say more. It’s family day. It’s time to unplug and let people be present where they are. But it’s also a day to reflect. Look back at your week. How did you show up? Were you intentional with your time, your work, your relationships? Review your actions. Adjust your plan. Make the changes where they need to be made. If you want to be better and do better, you have to be willing to review what you’ve done, where you’re going, and what needs to shift.

Thursday's Founder's Hot Seat
I really enjoyed that David took time to field questions from those of us who were on the call. To be transparent, I was bit apprehensive about the question that I posed. I had no idea that I could utilize AI for something like what I am facing. Thank you, David, for sharing. I thank all who chimed in on the call with your various 'Right now' situations. Your shared situations are lessons that prepare us for the future. Finally, David, it was suggested that we have a segment that deal specifically with AI and how it can benefit each of us in our industries. Please make that happen. I look forward to learning and participating. Thanks again.

Why are you part of this community?
Why are you here? Why do you show up? What do you want, and are you getting anything? I feel a sense of urgency. Don't wait years to stop, think, and make better choices. To develop mental models and leverage the knowledge from people who have already done it. Beyond motivation, this community is a group of like-minded individuals who want to be better and do better. 1. First, recognize, acknowledge, and believe that there is room for improvement. That you can do and be better, and that you're ready to start now! 2. Second, understand why. The science behind what's occurring. Why am I procrastinating? Why don't I get things done? Why can't I be more efficient? The experience is what educates you. The lessons learned. You can get that education through those who went before you. 3. Third, do something about it. If you look at successful people and companies, you'll recognize that they've all built a foundation for their businesses and personal selves. They built and maintained a strong foundation of systems and processes to support the growth they've achieved. This is why we're here. We're here to work on ourselves, building and strengthening our foundation for better health, more wealth, and better relationships Let's move forward, recognizing there is room for improvement, learning the why, and taking action with the how. Start small, just start, now. Let’s gooo!

Sharpshooters Blueprint | The Story LIVE
Anyone can create a side hustle or start a business. Few build one with precision. I’ll break down what it truly means to think and operate like a Sharpshooter. This isn’t theory. David will walk you through his journey — the wins, the setbacks, and the mindset shifts that shaped the Sharpshooter’s Blueprint. Success isn’t about hustle alone. It’s about clarity, discipline, and a repeatable mental framework that sharpens your decisions. He'll show you how the Blueprint was developed—not in comfort, but under real-world pressure and in execution. David translates this foundational mindset into practical strategies, drawing on long-term observation 30+ entrepreneural years, and lived experience as an educator, and life long learner. He is the go-to strategist for entrepreneurs and high performers looking to do and build great things. Sharpshooters Blueprint | The Story LIVE
Dreams Inspire Planning, Decisions Deliver Results.
Are you truly committed? To accomplish great things, you must think and act differently. It involves moving beyond simple passion and into a level of conviction that others might call "delusional." As a Sharpshooter your physical and mental self is your primary "weapon," and keeping it in good working order requires a shift from "I think I can" (Confidence) to "This is happening" (Commitment). This "delusional" conviction is supported by the neurobiology of the Reticular Activating System (RAS)—a bundle of nerves in your brainstem that acts as a filter for information. When you move from "interest" to "obsession," you program your RAS to prioritize opportunities that align with your specific target, effectively "manifesting" results through heightened pattern recognition. By choosing decisions (action) over dreams (planning) and commitment over convenience, you physically rewire your brain's prefrontal cortex to favor long-term rewards over the immediate, dopamine-driven comfort of staying safe. Are you chasing comfort, or are you leaning into the discomfort that leads to true growth? Take one unwavering small step right now—not because you feel motivated, but because you are a Sharpshooter committed to the mission. Today is the day to stop hoping and start taking action by making a clear decision to pursue your most important goals. Inaction is a choice. Get out of your head, drop the excuses, and prove your endurance by doing the work that others are only "planning" to do. Be delusional today. Let's gooo!
