Did you take a moment to look back at last week? To see what went well and what felt off?
No judgment, but awareness. Are you proud of last week? Did anything feel off? When did I rush when slowing down may have helped?
Most people skip this because they're afraid of what they'd see. But progress starts with honesty. And you're looking for clarity, not perfection.
Small course corrections on a regular basis make a huge difference over time. One habit, one behaviour, or one thing to stop doing that drains energy. They compound.
Don't continue to be on autopilot. Act with purpose and intention. With clear targets at 200, 300, and 500 yards. What deserves your best energy this week? Where can you be more present? And what will my good week look like?
Slow down at least once a week to reflect, and the rest of your life will speed up - in the right direction.
Be honest, do you practice this? Do you think it's nonsense? Share your thoughts.
