Hello! So the workshop is slowly and dependably rolling along and to everybody who is here, I'd like to extend the deepest of gratitudes!!! While having the overarching compass fleshed out going in, I've obviously had some things to work out in all facets of the community, and I'm evolving quickly and I hope not impeding on what you aim to get from taking a look within. So, that being said, I'd like to update how I am going to do things. For one, starting week 2, courses will come out one full week at a time rather than week by week. For 2, I was going to make workbooks only available for tiers 2 and 3. I changed my mind. Everybody will have access no matter what, right through the classroom. Thirdly, Workbooks for week one through 3 will be posted by the time you probably read this. Week one stunk. For a couple reasons. This one is better. AND THE OFFER: Unless otherwise noted this is a live offer- the paid tiers have offered to them sessions with me to talk about whatever we might talk about from the context of how we're meeting. All founding members (if you've just signed up and it doesn't this offer stands) are privvy to a one hour discovery call to do a little digging into the places your shadow might lie, and then you can decide if maybe talking more is something you'd like to do. The Framework to This 42 Day Workshop
The 42-day program follows a deliberate progression: 1. Weeks 1–2 (Excavation) — You surface the raw material: the ego scripts, the archetypes you perform, the somatic footprint of your triggers, and the origin story underneath it all. The work here is documentation, not resolution. 2. Week 3 (Reframing) — You flip the lens. Traits you labeled "bad" — aggression, envy, fear — get reframed as survival tools carrying hidden utility. The shadow stops being the enemy and starts being a resource. 3. Week 4 (Operationalizing) — Theory becomes practice. You build a literal protocol for what to do when you're triggered: scan the body, name the archetype, insert a pause, and act from choice rather than reflex. 4. Week 5 (Dialogue) — Drawing on Jungian active imagination, you treat the shadow as a separate voice and negotiate with it directly. This is where intellectual understanding turns into felt relationship. 5. Week 6 (Sovereignty) — You audit the full spectrum, forgive the parts of yourself that kept things hidden, design a personal ritual to mark the integration, and build a maintenance plan so the work doesn't decay. Every week ends with a Day 7 integration step — a deliberate pause to witness what surfaced without trying to fix or analyze it. That rhythm of dig → sit → dig deeper is what gives the program its cumulative weight.

Why Look For the Shadow
The Preface: The Architect of the Chapters They tell the delivery drivers to snap a photo of the food before they leave the porch. That’s the rule. But when my driver arrived, he didn’t see a meal; he saw me, passed out cold on my own front stoop. So, he took a photo of me instead. Then there’s the second photo in the gallery—the one featuring twenty-two stitches, five staples, and the kind of facial reconstruction that only a car-tree-fence trifecta can provide. I was behind the wheel of my then-girlfriend’s car, five times over the legal limit. She was sober; I was a wrecking ball. The third, fourth, and fifth photos? They aren't special. They’re just Tuesday. For nearly twenty years, I used alcohol as a tactical distraction to avoid looking at my shadow. I smashed my face a dozen times—and let’s be honest, it was a big-ass nose to begin with, so it really didn't need the extra character building. I drank because looking at the things I hated about myself meant remembering things I wanted to keep buried. I wasn't ready to cry because my heart hadn't figured out what those tears were for, and my eyes were convinced that staying blind was a form of self-preservation. We all have the same story structure: the "Intro," the "This Job" chapters, and the "That Relationship" time periods. We measure our lives by the goals we haven't reached while conveniently ignoring the ones we have. There is a specific kind of ache that lives in that gap between what we’ve done and what we’ve failed to do. For a long time, I treated that space like a forbidden room. I kept the door locked, reinforced the frame with a bottle, and turned up the volume on my own chaos until the silence couldn't catch up to me. But silence is patient. And my shadow—the one I spent two decades trying to outrun—has finally caught up. It’s no longer something I’m hiding from; it’s the architect of the chapters that follow. My story isn't a linear progression of triumphs; it is a collection of reckonings. It is the long, messy transition from a man who used chaos to numb the memory to a man who uses clarity to build the future. I’m no longer interested in the parts of the story where I was just surviving the plot. I’m interested in the parts where we finally decide what the story is about.

Journal 1 - My Day 1
Poor me Story- I have one too. The one that leans towards existentialism. Why me? It's not my fault. I don't deserve this. God hates me. No chapter of my life led to the best version of the next chapter. Each chapter has its own catalysts. But what's the truth? They only have one thing in common.. Me! What a pain, poor me.. The story I tell myself is I don't get the support, the love, I can't trust anybody but myself. My bosses were liars, partners were manipulators. Those are the patterns I project in my own life. I'm the common denominator.
