Google's algorithm weighs relevance heavily. And there are 2 types of links that carry the most weight for local sites:

Local-Complimentary Niche - A link from a painter or roofer in Chicago to your Chicago plumbing site. Google sees other legit local businesses vouching for you.

National-Same Niche - A link from another plumbing website (even outside your city) carries serious weight because of niche relevance.

This is exactly what we teach inside the mastermind. This is how we "influence" Google to rank our local sites.

So I'm bringing in a guest speaker who's cracked the code on getting these exact types of links consistently. It's helped him rank local sites faster AND grow his agency pretty fast.
