Motherhood in a New Era is designed for moms navigating the pressures of modern parenting. Led by therapists from 816 Counseling Services, this program explores nervous system regulation, emotional overwhelm, and parenting with both connection and boundaries. We also discuss raising neurodivergent children and reducing the mental load many mothers carry. Participants gain practical tools to feel more confident, supported, and grounded while building stronger relationships with their children.
