The Lab Protocols: Community Guidelines 🔬🧬
Welcome to the Laboratory. To maintain a high-precision, evidence-based environment, all researchers must adhere to these 4 Core Protocols:
1. The Evidence Protocol (The DOs) ✅
• Speak in Mechanics: Describe your hair by its behavior, density, and texture (Physics), not just how it looks (Aesthetics).
• Source Your Data: If you share a claim, cite the source. We value Accuracy over Anecdotes.
• Clinic Privacy: Treat all scalp photos and member data with 100% confidentiality.
2. The Integrity Protocol (The DON’Ts) ❌
• No Sales/MLMs: This is a Sales-Free Zone. We focus on Ingredients and pH, not brand names or affiliate links.
• No Marketing Myths: Leave the "miracle oil" trends at the door. We deal in Material Science.
• No Shaming: We study biological structures. There is no "good" or "bad" hair in this Lab.
3. The Professional Boundary ⚠️
• Observations, Not Diagnoses: We identify patterns, but we do not provide medical diagnoses.
• Education vs. Clinic: This space is for educational strategy. It does not replace a 1-on-1 clinical assessment with a Trichology Practitioner.
4. The Security Check 🕵️‍♀️
• If you see content that violates these protocols, flag it immediately. Help us protect the integrity of the Lab.
Our Philosophy: Evidence over Trends. Assessment over Assumptions. 🧪
