2023 vs 2025: A Real Fitness Glow-Up
2023 Lexy: • barely eating and not active • not dancing at all • disconnected from my body and confidence • walking onstage felt like getting through it, not performing 2025 Lexy: • fueling myself consistently and actually taking care of my body • dancing, training, and moving again • stronger stamina, cleaner lines, better posture • showing up confident because I feel good, not because I’m forcing it ✨ the shift? I stopped trying to power through and started supporting myself. Strength and nourishment changed everything — inside and out.

What my joruney has taught me so far
Pageantry has taught me that growth doesn’t happen in the spotlight — it happens in the moments when you choose to keep going. I’ve learned that crowns don’t define you, but character does. That preparation builds confidence, and that true beauty shines through humility, kindness, and grace. Every experience, win or lose — has shaped me into the woman I am today. Now, I’m here to help other women find that same confidence within themselves! What has your journey in pageantry taught you so far?

What Judges Really Notice 💫
When you step on stage, the judges aren’t looking for perfection. They’re looking for presence. The kind of confidence that comes from being sure of who you are, not from trying to be what you think they want. Here’s what always stands out: ✨ Confidence that feels calm and genuine🗣️ A natural communicator who connects with ease💃 Poise and energy that fill the room without feeling forced💗 Personality that shines through naturally👠 Consistency between your stage performance and your true self Judges remember contestants who make them feel something — not because they’re perfect, but because they’re real. The moment you stop performing and start being yourself, that’s when the magic happens.

The end of an era
It still feels surreal to close the chapter on my time as Miss New England Petite. What began as a dream quickly became one of the most defining seasons of my life; filled with early mornings, rehearsals, community work, and the kind of growth that only happens when you put your whole heart into something. This title taught me discipline, confidence, and grace under pressure. It gave me a platform to speak, serve, and connect with women who are just as passionate about purpose as they are about pageantry. And it reminded me that the crown was never the destination — it was the transformation that mattered. Now, as I hang up this sash and step fully into the next phase with Fit for the Crown, my heart is focused on helping you do the same... Refine your mindset, your body, your walk, and your overall presence so you can shine at every stage, inside and out. ✨ Here’s to endings that make room for even greater beginnings.✨ To the women stepping into their own reigns — I’m cheering you on endlessly.✨ And to the community that believed in me — thank you for helping me grow into the coach I am today. The crown may rest, but the mission continues. 💫
