Hello everyone,
I have noticed something over my years of teaching. When someone asks me what grounding actually means, or what the difference is between intuition and psychic ability, it is almost never a beginner question. It is usually someone who has been experiencing these things for years and never had anyone sit down and explain the language.
So I built something, and it is one of the most complete things I have ever created for this community. 🕯️
The Sanctuary Foundations is now live in the Premium classroom. Seven beautifully designed guides covering the terms, concepts, and experiences woven through everything we do here:
🌿 Start Here: Terms, Concepts, and Experiences in The Sanctuary
🌿 How You Develop: Practical Work and Inner Work
🌿 Energy Basics: Grounding, Protection, Chakras, and Attunement
🌿 Intuition, Psychic Abilities, and Mediumship: What's the Difference?
🌿 Who You Work With: Guides, Angels, Ancestors, and More
🌿 The Spirit World: Gods, Goddesses, Archangels, and the Living Earth
🌿 Beliefs, the Mind, and Traveling Beyond the Body
This is the foundation underneath every class, every live, and every practice in The Sanctuary. And it lives exclusively in the Premium membership. 💛
A few things to know before you open it:
This is not homework. There is nothing to memorize and no order to follow. It is a companion you return to whenever something in a class or a live makes you wonder, what does that actually mean.
Some of this language is ancient and belongs to many traditions. Some of it is how I have come to understand things through my own practice. I am clear inside the guides about which is which, because you are never being asked to adopt a belief here. You are offered language, and your own experience shows you what is true for you.
If you are Premium, go open it today. Start with whatever pulls at you, that pull is worth trusting. ✨
And tell me in the comments: which guide did you open first, and was there a term you have been experiencing for years without having a word for it? I read every one. 💬
