Today's Energy: Grounding & Release 🌳
Saturn has a reputation for being the heavy one, the taskmaster, the planet people brace for. But in my experience, Saturn is actually one of the most supportive energies we can work with. It just requires a kind of honesty that we don't always make time for.
Today I want to invite you into that honesty with yourself.
Take a breath, drop into your body, and ask: What am I still carrying that I already know I'm done with?
Not what you think you should release. What you genuinely feel ready to put down.
