How to Journal: SOAP Method (Video Recap & PDF)
Peace and Blessings, family!
This past Wednesday, I scheduled a last-minute zoom to explore how to apply the SOAP Method using a passage my grandmother guided me toward during a time I was seeking guidance.
Interestingly enough, was the only one on the call. This ended up being a DIVINELY INSPIRED one-on-one journaling session & we have it recorded!!!
