Hi I have heard a lot of negative things about taking on flats (eg new builds ect), but I met a guy that only does them In London he says he hasn’t had any trouble with managing agents or freeholders, can anyone share any experiences or give me
Some advice if I should mainly target houses or are flats ok too?
