Cancelling Bookings
Hi guys, how many times have you guys had to cancel bookings that guests already made on both airbnb and booking.com due to you getting longer listings that overlap the dates of those short bookings of guests you had to cancel? Do you guys have to cancel them often and how do you guys feel about it? Reason I am asking is because I feel it slowly might cause the brand to lose trust and slowly build a bad reputation? Am I wrong in thinking this? and if so, do you think it has affected you at all?
