Welcome in 🤍
Welcome Nina Anthony Kim and Julie . I’m glad you joined me. I will be hosting some meeting and worksheets/ short courses in the near future that I hope you will join in . I will also be doing a live video or Zoom meeting to kind of give you an idea of who I am for those of you who don’t know I advocate for addiction and suicide awareness, and I hope you would join me once I get that link set up :) Please share and let anyone you know that may be dealing with grief whether it’s recent or in the past, they’re welcome to join this group. It is a safe space for us to talk about our loved ones. To show compassion, understanding of what we’re going through. Much love ~ Rene’ 🤍🪽

a silent place
A quiet space where laughter used to bloom, Now echoes with a silence, deep and vast. My best friend gone, swallowed by the gloom, Memories like shadows, holding ever fast. Each shared secret, every knowing glance, A tapestry of moments, finely spun, Now unravels in a sorrowful dance, Beneath a sky where your bright star has run. The world keeps turning, colors still appear, But tinted now with shades of what's no more. A hollow ache, a constant, silent tear, For conversations we can't have, or store. I search for you in every familiar place, A phantom presence, just beyond my sight, Longing for the comfort of your embrace, To banish this unending, lonely night. Though grief may weigh heavy, a crushing stone, Your spirit lives within the love we shared. A bond unbroken, truly and deeply known, A friendship cherished, beyond all compared. You taught me much, you helped me truly see, And though you're absent, you are never gone. A part of you will always live in me, Until we meet again, beyond the dawn.
Hello members
Welcome. If you’re here, it means you’ve loved someone deeply and lost them —and that kind of grief changes everything. This is a safe, compassionate space where you don’t have to explain your pain or carry it alone. Here, we learn together, support one another, and move at your pace. There is no “right” way to grieve—only your way. You are welcome exactly as you are. You are seen. And you do not have to walk this journey alone. 🤍
