Hi! I'm Layla Rose Roche: A few years ago, I was addicted, exhausted, depressed, had eating disorders and extreme anxiety. I was overworking myself with three jobs, using coffee as my "energy", had relationships that weren't aligned, inflamed, bloated and tired.
I was stuck, and the keys I used to build my dream body, master my hormonal and gut health, live in my purpose and finally have my dream group of powerful, driven, kind-hearted girlfriends are all in this portal.
Now, I have 5 + years teaching yoga and fitness, I'm a published author, international retreat facilitator, I have facilitated 1:1 healing for dozens of people, I live my purpose by hosting healing events for hundreds of people.
