My name is Akua. Some call me Empress, others call me Koach. I am a once-in-a-lifetime Kosmic experience—where spirituality, ancestral Jamaican medicine, and neuroscience meet in real, embodied transformation.
I create and facilitate alignment spaces, experiences, and retreats for the woman who has carried everything and is now ready to return to herself.
