Creating Winning Meta Roofing Ads
If you’re running ads for a roofing business, one of the easiest ways to see what’s working is the Meta Ads Library. It lets you see active ads any company is running on Facebook and Instagram. Here’s the simple process: 1. Search Your Market Go to the Ads Library and type keywords like: - “roof replacement” - “roofing company” - “storm damage roof” - “roof inspection” You’ll instantly see ads running in those niches. 2. Filter by Location Switch the location to the United States or your specific state so you see ads from roofing companies actually targeting your market. 3. Look for Ads Running the Longest If an ad has been running for months, that’s a strong signal it’s profitable. Companies don’t keep bad ads running. 4. Study the Structure Pay attention to: - The hook in the first line - The offer (free inspection, insurance help, $0 down, etc.) - The creative (before/after roofs, drone shots, homeowner testimonial) 5. Build a Swipe File Screenshot the best ads and create a folder of: - Hooks - Offers - Visual styles Over time you’ll start seeing patterns in what converts. Key Insight: You’re not guessing what works—you’re reverse engineering ads that companies are already spending money on. That’s the fastest way to shorten the learning curve and launch ads that actually generate roofing leads.

Use Silence After the Price
Most reps lose the deal right after they give the number. They panic and start talking. Example: “The total investment comes out to $14,800.” Then stop talking. Let the homeowner process. The first person who talks after price usually loses negotiating power. Silence is a closing tool.
