This is The Roll Call. A covenant among married first responders: becoming the men our wives need, our kids need, and we need for ourselves. Not alone. Held accountable by the other guys doing the same work beside us. We call it the Six Pillars. Guys at every stage of it. Nobody in here has it figured out. That's not the bar.
Every week there's a live call, some weeks teaching, some weeks an open floor for what's actually going on with you. Use Wins to post about what you're doing. Use Questions when you're stuck. Use the Six Pillars Check-In to stay honest with yourself between calls.
Nobody's required to air anything out here. Show up, run the Six Pillars, build the man. Sometimes real stuff comes up in a Hot Seat. That happens when men do real work together, and we handle it.
What we expect: show up to calls when you can, post more than you lurk, and treat what other guys post here the way you'd want yours treated. This is a room to build in, not perform in.
