Our Talk & Walks are back after a few weeks. Just want to say a massive thank you for all the messages asking me if I'm ok because I've been quiet... I will get back to everyone. I've been thinking of what to say♥️ Over the past couple of weeks I've not been myself and I don't think we talk about it enough (especially men) and this is why we made the Talk & Walks. So I know I definitely need this one!!! We will be at @dopa_bean_coffee from 10:30am to grab a drink and then start the walk on Sunday 8th March (tomorrow) and then we will head back there after for a chat. We are all human and in the world we live in atm, I think community and chat is exactly what we need... I know I do. So don't be ashamed, be yourself and come round people who care. I'll see you all there♥️ Thank you again everyone, it means the world. I will probably be abit quieter while I sort myself out. But I know talking and walking will definitely help. I had a weekend off my phone and downtime which I'm not going to lie... I didn't know I needed!!! It was present it was peaceful and TBF my mind stopped racing for a little bit...
