Your credit score is not the full story your report is.
A lot of people check their score on an app and think that tells them everything. It does not. Your credit report is the actual document lenders use to make decisions. Your score is just a number calculated from what is inside that report. Go to AnnualCreditReport.com and pull all three of your reports Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. They are free every week under current federal law. Look for accounts that are not yours, balances that are wrong, or late payments that were actually paid on time. Anything inaccurate on that report can be disputed under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. You have rights. Use them. Have you pulled your credit report this year? Drop YES or NOT YET in the comments.
