Quality Control
A member asked me recently: "How do you actually check quality when your cleaning business is 100% remote?"
When you aren't physically walking homes, your system has to do the seeing for you. We keep it
completely hands-off using two photo-verification loops:
  1. The cleaner side: Cleaners upload before/after photos directly into the system before they can mark the job complete.
  2. The homeowner side: An automated message goes out post-clean offering a small credit toward their next service if they submit feedback and upload their own photos of the clean.
  3. The rating filter: High ratings get routed straight to our public review links; low ratings flag our dashboard immediately so we can mediate between the client and contractor before it escalates.
Zero manual check-in calls, clear proof on both ends, and no guesswork.
How are you handling remote quality checks right now?
Are you using cleaner photos, client incentives, or still making manual follow-up calls?
Drop your setup below—curious to see what your workflow looks like.
