It's Motivational Monday!
So let's do an inner recalibration so you get your week off to a great start.
I trust you already are doing your morning routine on a consistent basis.
It is here where you can set the intention of your day.
Just by waking up an hour early, doing a half-hour meditation, going to the gym or active planning of what you need to achieve will give you your first victory of the day.
It's easy to get caught up in the idea that victories need to be big breakthroughs to be able to call it a win.
To use a baseball analogy, It's not about swinging for the fences and hitting a home run every day, it's about hitting singles. The consistent base hits are what professional baseball teams are looking for from a marque players. Sure, the home run hitters are super stars, and the optics are more dramatic, but the consistent base hitters are what wins championships.
What would a "base hit" look like for you that you could do today that's going to make you feel good about your progress?
By doing so you just might bring another player home to score.
