3.Choose 3 Non-Negotiables - Pick three bold moves that, if completed, will make this week a win regardless of what else happens. These are your anchors.
4. Prime Your State Daily - Each morning, move your body, breathe deep, and
set your intention out loud. You’re not stumbling into the week you’re stepping into it with power.
