It's Fearless Friday! Finish The Week Strong
As the work week comes to a close are you feeling a little behind the 8 Ball?
Have the goals you were sure you would achieve not quite come to fruition like you anticipated?
If this is the case, what meaning are you giving it and about yourself?
That you suck?
You are not capable?
That you did not take your goals seriously?
That your commitments and commitment level to them are weak?
Yes, you can beat the hell out of yourself for your lacklustre performance and results. Or you can choose to learn from it.
What would be the lesson you take away from the results you got this week?
If you are honest with yourself, perhaps some tough love about your processes, systems and level of accountability needs to be recalibrated.
Perhaps you have to revisit your WHY. Why did you want to achieve that goal this week?
Why did it matter?
Obviously it did not rank as high of a priority as you originally thought or you would have prioritized it as a "non-negotiable".
This is just straight up feedback from your own systems. Don't emotionalize it, or take a hit from a lower place. Just see it for the truth that it is and make sure you learn from it.
Be fearless about taking responsibility for your results.
No one outside of you is to blame.
This is not about being harsh, this is just the truth. Accept it as the truth, breath deep, and decide what you are going to do to pivot.
When do you plan on getting that goal done that slipped by?
Tonight, tomorrow or rescheduled for next week?
Regardless of the time, where does it sit in the priority list?
Find where you can get a win in before this day is done.
How will you adjust your mindset to go into the weekend with strength, courage, and confidence?
Write it in the comments.
You are fearless!
You've got this!
Be Remarkable!
