The struggles are real, some have it worse than others. This community is built on the foundation where hopefully strangers can come together and be part of something where you can be better physically, mentally, persevere through the hard times and enjoy the good times. Even during the darkest days, there is always something to look forward to. Positivity is the name of the game, glass half full always! Lets rebuild together, through strength, through pain, through challenging days.
