Some are hospital rooms. Systems, scans, stillness, and the kind of fear you don’t forget. Others are movement, travel, light, and the slow return to feeling alive again.
There’s no clean before and after here. Just truth, disruption, and rebuilding in real time.
This space is about breaking patterns....the ones you inherited, the ones you tolerated, and the ones you didn’t even realise were running your life. It’s about being radically honest with yourself, even when it’s uncomfortable, and asking the questions most people avoid.
Nothing here is curated to look perfect. It’s what it actually takes to fall apart, face yourself, and choose differently.
