DAY 1...Before your Rupture
Day 1. Before the rupture, what did you tell yourself you were fine with that you weren't actually fine with? No right answer. Just an honest one.

Sunday Brick...review your week
Every Sunday, drop your brick for the week in the comments. One thing you moved forward. One decision you made. One thing you held together or finally let go of. Small is fine. Unseen is fine. Read what others laid. That's part of it too. This is the Sunday Brick. It runs every week. You don't have to show up every Sunday. But when you do, say something true.

Welcome. Read this first.
You're in. Please introduce yourself, but there is no pressure to or need to introduce yourself. You can sit at the back and read for a while. Lurking is part of the work too. When you're ready to say something, here's where to start. The brick you laid this week. One small thing nobody else saw. Could be one sentence. The point isn't the thing. The point is naming it. The state you're in. If you've read the book, borrow the language. The flatline. The fraud feeling. The withdrawal that isn't rejection. Or use your own words. Either works. A few things worth knowing. Posts are visible to everyone in the community. Be kind to yourself about what you share. You can edit or delete anything you post at any time. I read everything in here. I won't always reply, especially as the room grows. That's not absence. It's because this room isn't mine to dominate. It's yours. Every Sunday the Sunday Brick thread goes up. One question. What brick did you lay this week. Small or large. Seen or unseen. Drop it there. This is a free community. The structured work, the course modules and the deeper curriculum, sits in the paid tier when you're ready for it. But the room itself costs nothing. You just have to show up. Jerome
