Finding Your Own Path Again 🤍
Sometimes healing isn’t just about learning to be alone…It’s learning who you are without constantly needing approval, validation, reassurance or direction from everyone around you. Co-dependency can look like:• losing yourself in relationships• putting everyone else first• feeling responsible for other people’s emotions• struggling to make decisions alone• feeling guilty for choosing yourself• needing external reassurance to feel “okay” And the hardest part? Many people don’t even realise they’re doing it because it can feel like love, loyalty or being “needed.” But true healing is learning to: trust yourself, hear your own voice again, create your own direction, feel safe standing on your own path, stop abandoning yourself to keep others comfortable You are allowed to grow into your own identity. You are allowed to choose yourself. You are allowed to rebuild a life that feels aligned with YOU. That isn’t selfish. That’s self reconnection. 🤍
