Emotional debt happens when your emotional needs go unmet
for too long.
Chronic hypervigilance (anxiety, people-pleasing,
perfectionism) = your nervous system stuck in survival.
Trauma trains your body to stay alert even when there is no
danger.
Recognizing your primary nervous system response (fight,
flight, freeze, fawn) is the first step toward healing.
Regulation is about creating new loops: safe, slow,
consistent responses to life.
