Hey, I'm Noel, and I'm so glad you're here.
Quick story. I started real estate in Fort Worth, finished my first year in the top 20% of agents there, and was coaching other agents after just one year. Then I moved to the Upstate with no sphere and rebuilt my business from scratch.
Same method both times: real conversations, done consistently.
That's what this community is about. I'm not going to hand you scripts. Scripts fall apart the second someone says something that isn't on the page. Instead, I teach checkpoints, the few places every real conversation needs to go. Learn those, and you can get there in your own words.
