RANGE REBUILD PROGRAM UPDATE
Hey Team, Who has been getting stuck into the program? I’ve got some exciting news for you... I’ve just released an updated version of the Range Rebuild Program! You can find the updated program inside the Classrooms section. I’ve made some pretty significant changes based on what I’ve learned from coaching myself and my clients over the years, with one main goal: Make your mobility training more effective, structured and time-efficient. Here’s what’s changed 👇 1. NEW 7-DAY TRAINING STRUCTURE Instead of having just 3 training days, the new structure gives you 7 days of targeted mobility work. This doesn't mean spending more time training. Each session is much shorter and more focused, with new routines targeting areas that often get overlooked: - Feet & Ankles - Wide stance & Hips - Trunk & Shoulders - Knees & Quads - Shoulders & Scapula - Split Stance & Hamstrings The goal is to give your body more frequent exposure to quality movement without making mobility another huge commitment in your week. 2. MAXIMUM 20-MINUTE SESSIONS Every routine has been specifically designed to take 20 minutes or less. One of the biggest changes is the introduction of EMOMs (Every Minute On the Minute) This means: - Less time wasted - Greater focus - More consistency - Better training quality - and more work completed in less time I've used this approach extensively in my own training and with my clients over the years, and it's consistently been one of the best ways I've found to make strength & mobility training simple, structured and sustainable. Jump into the Classrooms and check out the updated Range Rebuild Program. Give the new structure a try and let me know what you think. All feedback is welcome! If you have any questions, suggestions, or notice anything that could be improved, drop a comment below or send me a message. Let's goooooo! 💪
Horse Stance Walks
Next challenge for you all ➡️ Horse Stance Walks. You can perform them with just your bodyweight or add load if you're looking for an extra challenge. Complete 2-3 rounds: ➡️ 10 metres forward ➡️ 10 metres backward ➡️ 10 metres diagonally Stay low, move with control, and don't rush the steps. This drill is commonly used in combat sports as part of the warm-up to prepare the hips, adductors, and lower body for explosive movement. Give it a crack and let me know how you go!

The Horse Stance Good Morning
If you've been working on your horse stance this week, this is the next variation I want you to try. The Horse Stance Good Morning combines two incredibly effective movement patterns into one exercise. As you hinge forward with each rep, focus on creating more space through the hips rather than simply trying to bend lower. Think about gently opening the adductors while maintaining a tall, strong spine. You are going to feel your spinal erectors and glutes light up in this variation. These are the deep muscles responsible for supporting good posture and helping you build strength through the very range of motion you're trying to unlock. Don't rush the reps. Slow them down, own each position, and breathe into the stretch. ✅ Add load if they are feeling good with bodyweight only Have you tried this variation yet?

The Horse Stance Stick Drill
Why Place a Stick Across Your Legs During the Horse Stance? Well first and foremost it is going to make holding the position a whole lot harder! But more then that, it gives you instant feedback on your positioning. 1. It Encourages You to "Open" the Hips The stick acts as a cue to actively push your knees out and externally rotate through the hips. This helps engage the glutes and deep hip stabilisers rather than allowing the knees to collapse inward. 2. It Creates an Upright Torso You're encouraged to sit between your hips instead of folding forward. This allows you to maintain a taller chest and a more stacked posture. 3. It Builds Adductor Strength at Long Muscle Lengths The stick helps you find a position where you can generate more tension while keeping your hips in good alignment. 4. It Teaches Active Tension Instead of simply "sitting" in the position, the stick reminds you to actively create force: - Push the knees out (Abduct your hips) - Drive the feet into the floor. - Stay tall. Think of the stick as a coach giving you feedback. I encourage you all to try this out!

The Horse Stance Stick Drill
Horse Stance Holds 🐎
Who’s spent any time in a horse stance before? The first baseline we are aiming for is a 2-minute hold in the 3-step horse stance. Don’t let it fool you… this position has a way of exposing weak links very quickly. Your adductors will definitely let you know they’re working! 😅 If your goal is to improve your side splits, build stronger hips, or simply become more resilient, this is one of the best foundational positions you can train. Throughout the week I’ll be sharing a few different variations and drills to help you get more comfortable (and stronger) in this position. The horse stance has been used for centuries in martial arts including Shaolin Kung Fu, Karate, Taekwondo, and Capoeira to develop strength, stability, and power from the ground up. Why train it? • Build deep hip strength and stability • Improve hip mobility and flexibility • Strengthen the adductors and surrounding tendons • Develop a stronger base for athletic performance and martial arts • Improve spinal stability and postural control • Counteract the effects of prolonged sitting Personally, I use the horse stance to keep my hips healthy, maintain strength through deep ranges of motion, and build lower-body capacity that transfers into everything else I do. Whether you’re chasing side splits, lifting heavier, practising martial arts, or just want a body that moves well for life, this is a position worth mastering. Post your attempts in the comments below!👇
