Working with ink over texture paste instead of acrylics. I find it gives a lot more freedom - the ink flows naturally across the surface and picks up the texture in a way that’s hard to control with paint.

I would love to know from you all : - what kind of art you do? and : - 1 thing that you have struggled with as an artist? I'll go first! I'm an artist focusing predominantly on abstract textured paintings, but more recently I have decided to paint things like flowers and faces. The things I have struggled with the most as an artist is knowing when to stop working on a painting, as sometimes I keep painting and then end up ruining it!

Evening all, newbie here. I started painting as a little hobby about a year ago. I was inspired by a friend of mine and also Rajan. I have created a few pieces for fun. I’m still learning and it’s lovely to be here.
