Hello community, i am Maria. A Bavarian living in the swiss alps. I am a foody, wine-lover and Host in a small Restaurant. As my Job is super busy, Sport always comes last. But with a new found conciousness about some little aches, i want to get the Programm going. I need the push to live up to my Potential.
