Hello everyone. Completely new to the group and about to embark on the 92 day program….im Steve, 53 years old, living in Rupperswil, Switzerland. I have 3 grown up children who live in the Uk. Can’t wait to start my onboarding next week and looking forward to sharing progress with you all and learning about your fitness journey successes.
