🪶 Monday 19th January – Gentle Awareness
Let’s begin by going into the silence.
  • Stop. Pause.
  • Take 3 large, slow breaths in… and release gently.
  • Repeat… and again.
Now sit quietly and scan yourself, from head to toe:
  • What thoughts are present?
  • What feelings are arising?
  • What sensations are yours right now?
No need to change anything — just notice. This is your “x-ray scan” of the self, gently observing without judgment.
Once you feel settled and aware, move into today’s exercise:
  • Place your awareness on your body and breath.
  • Notice where you feel calm, where there is tension, and where you feel nothing at all.
  • Take a moment to write down or share anything you become aware of — even the smallest observation matters.
There is no right or wrong — only your gentle noticing and awareness.
