Let’s begin by going into the silence.
- Stop. Pause.
- Take 3 large, slow breaths in… and release gently.
- Repeat… and again.
Now sit quietly and scan yourself, from head to toe:
- What thoughts are present?
- What feelings are arising?
- What sensations are yours right now?
No need to change anything — just notice. This is your “x-ray scan” of the self, gently observing without judgment.
Once you feel settled and aware, move into today’s exercise:
- Place your awareness on your body and breath.
- Notice where you feel calm, where there is tension, and where you feel nothing at all.
- Take a moment to write down or share anything you become aware of — even the smallest observation matters.
There is no right or wrong — only your gentle noticing and awareness.
