Just working through the Data Vault and content and have a qq please, re build cost rate.
- Apply an appropriate build cost rate for your project type:
- Light-touch conversion: ~£90–110 / ft²
- Moderate refurb: ~£120–150 / ft²
- Heavy conversion or listed: £160+ / ft²
Would you say those rates are still valid? Are they a ball park nationally or should I make adjustments depending where my area is? TIA - Peter
