I’m the owner of a retail flower shop, and like many florists, I started with a passion for flowers and design. But one thing I quickly realized is that being busy doesn’t always mean being profitable.
In our first year, we built our flower shop into a six-figure business by focusing on the fundamentals most florists are never taught — pricing correctly, understanding margins, building systems, and developing strong revenue streams like weddings and recurring customers.
Most florists are incredible designers, but the business side of the industry is rarely taught.
This community exists to change that.
