Data Prompt: "Analyze this sales data CSV. Identify: 1) The most profitable customer segment, 2) The worst-performing product, and 3) One unexpected correlation between [Column A] and [Column B]."
Strategy Tool: Profit & Loss Statement from QuickBooks or Xero.
Action: Calculate Profit per Hour for each service: (Revenue - Direct Costs) / Hours Invested. The highest number is your new lead offer. Price it at least 20% above market average.
