Day 17 (AI & Strategy): Analyze Data & Architect Your Lead Offer.
Task: Use AI to analyze a sales/website CSV for trends AND identify your most profitable service as your 2026 lead offer. GO DEEPER AI Tool: ChatGPT Plus with Advanced Data Analysis or Microsoft Copilot in Excel. Data Prompt: "Analyze this sales data CSV. Identify: 1) The most profitable customer segment, 2) The worst-performing product, and 3) One unexpected correlation between [Column A] and [Column B]." Strategy Tool: Profit & Loss Statement from QuickBooks or Xero. Action: Calculate Profit per Hour for each service: (Revenue - Direct Costs) / Hours Invested. Day 16 (Strategy & Tax): Transition Bad Clients & Max Retirement.
Task: Identify one high-maintenance, low-margin client to transition out AND check YTD retirement contributions to maximize tax-deferred savings. GO DEEPER Strategy Tool: Calendly to schedule the offboarding call; Google Docs for the script. Email Script Template: "Thank you for our work together. As of [Date], we will be concluding our services as our firm is shifting focus to [Your New Niche/Specialty]. We recommend [Alternative Provider] for your ongoing needs." Tax Tools: Your retirement account portal (e.g., Vanguard, Fidelity); Gusto or ADP payroll to review contributions.
