· Name it: e.g., "[Your Business Name] Onboarding Specialist"
· Give it Instructions: "You are an assistant for [Your Business Name]. You help answer client questions based on the knowledge provided. Your tone is professional and helpful. Always base your answers on the uploaded information."
· Upload Knowledge: Provide a PDF or document with your FAQs, service details, and onboarding process.
Now, use this custom bot to handle repetitive queries, freeing you up for high-value, strategic work.
