And like any home, it has a foundation, it has rooms, and because every good home does it has a few house rules that keep it feeling safe and good for everyone who lives here. Before we walk the rooms, let's talk about what holds the whole thing up. The foundation of this house is: - Collaborative — we build with each other, not around each other - Respectful — of your time, your experience, and your journey - A resource — everything here is meant to be used, not just admired - Educational — you'll leave knowing something you didn't know before - Uplifting and supportive — this is not a place to be talked down to or overlooked You're bringing your own foundation here too: your own business, your own story, your own home inside you. That matters. Mutual respect for each other's foundation is non-negotiable in this house. House Rules: 1. Take your shoes off at the door. Come in humble and open; willing to learn, willing to be challenged, willing to hear something you didn't expect. 2. Give before you ask. This house runs on "give before you receive." Before you ask the community for something, look for a way you can give first: an answer, an intro, a resource, encouragement. 3. What happens in the house stays in the house. Respect confidentiality; don't share what someone posts here outside these walls without their okay. 4. Be a good houseguest. No spamming, no cold-pitching your business in every room. If you want to share what you do, the Library is where that lives. 5. Leave your outside stress at the door. This is a no-drama, no-negativity zone. Disagreement is fine; disrespect isn't. 6. Show up for each other. If someone asks for a contact, a resource, or a hand (if you have it, share it). That's the whole point of this house. A Tour of the Rooms: 💼 Office — This is where we're starting. Business setup, contracts, the legal foundation most of us skip until it costs us. Our first live training is right here, and it's the room I'll be spending the most time in early on.
