I’m a PT + train 5 days weekly but:
- I go off plan
- I miss sessions
- Lack motivation
- Have sugar daily
- Love Turkish köfte
- Love sweet treats
- Have caffeine daily
- Have bad workouts
- Don’t hit my protein
- Get bored of training
- Business over fitness days
- Don’t drink all my water
- Don’t reach all my goals
- Never been in an ice bath
- Don’t always hit my steps
- Don’t always track calories
- Don’t push myself everytime
- Don’t always get 8hours sleep
Yet I’m here…
1. In the best shape of my life
2. Doing the best in my business
3. Feeling the healthiest I ever have
It your aiming to be on it 100%, 100% of the time, you’re gonna be trying for a really really long time.
Get most of it right, most of the time.
